Refund Policy
1) We cannot offer refunds if the phone you are trying to unlock is already unlocked 2) We will not refund orders placed for unlocking barred phones, stolen phones, or phones reported as 'lost' by the original owner. 3) "Cannot Undo Restriction" or "Not Allowed" means target handset has been subject to a previous unlocking attempt! Code now only can be entered by "Cable Method" using box .Refunds will NOT be given in such circumstances. 4) We can offer refunds only for codes that were received but not working.We have the right to ask for further proof that the code indeed did not work. This may include providing video evidence or sending the phone to us for verification. Please contact support team for more details. |
